We celebrated Bennett's birthday a little early with Scott's family since Christy will be in Turkey helping Jeff and Rachel with their new baby. We went to Pirate Island and "spurprised" Bennett with a little party. What do you think? Does he look surprised?
He loved the new Teva's, Toy Story 3 tag reader book and games from grandma Christy. His mouth dropped open from the 5 one dollar bills from Gr. Grandma. But the backpack from Aunt Stephie and Uncle Jake was the winner. He made me take his picture with it on.

And then he turned around and said, "take a picture of the back and send it to Aunt Jackel."
Bennett has been so nervous about the idea of going to kindergarten. To the point where we don't even talk about it anymore, he gets so upset. This backpack has changed his mind a little. He still is unsure about kindergarten, but is "super excited" to have a cool backpack for school. Thank you Steph and Jake. You guys are the best.
