The Beach

We all LOVE being at the beach. Well, all of us except Ava. She was mad that the sand was getting her shoes dirty. Oh, please!

We ate dinner on the beach, along with the ducks (seagulls).

The boys loved being chased by the waves.

Ava was not impressed. She sat on a towel the whole time.

Maybe next year.

Sea World

As crazy as a vacation with 3 little kids is, we still had a great time. Sea World was a hit with all of the kiddos. The weather was nice, the crowds were low and mom and dad were happy. The day brought many firsts:

Ava's first amusement park ride (she loved it!)

The boys first encounter with a polar bear (as Carter would say, "Sarkey")

3 cuties on an Arctic Exploration

Carter picked up a Sea Star (and tried to bring it home)

...and Bennett willingly rode a ride that went up in the air.

Tricky Leprechaun

Happy St. Patricks Day!

On our way to San Diego, we stayed the night in Primm Valley. It was the night before St. Patricks day and our first time building a leprechaun trap away from home. The boys propped the bucket up with some stacking circles and then weighted the bucket down with the sculpture on top. Ava made her brothers mad by continuously knocking it over.
